How we deliver, and what happens if the size or the piece is not right.

Delivery

Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia is included in the price.

For now we deliver only in Peninsular Malaysia. We do not deliver to Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan yet.

We pack every order in Kuala Lumpur, in its gift box.

Before you pay, we tell you the estimated delivery time for your address.

Ordered a ring without a size? We send it once the size is chosen with the size card.

Size exchange within 14 days. You pay a flat delivery fee.

Message us before you send the ring back.

If a piece arrives faulty, or we sent the wrong one, we pay the delivery to put it right.

Message us with a photo and your order number.

If you change your mind, message us within 14 days of delivery and we will tell you your options.
